DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS: 
We do  participate with several on-line, groups in offering "special Discounts". The following **discounts apply for: The Eclectus Connection Members (5%), Greenwing Members (5%) and for Avian Advantage Buyers Group Members (10.5%). Only one discount group may be used per customer. **Discounts do not include Cages, or Wood/Java Playtrees. TO RECEIVE YOUR DISCOUNT: in the discount section of the shopping cart please place one of the codes in it to receive your discount. If you are not sure if your group is entitled to a discount please email me and I will check and give you the code it so.
If you are a customer that gets a discount on food due to frequent ordering email me and I will give you the code to get your discount on your food order.
If you are an non-profit rescue and can prove it, email me I will give you a discount code and you will be entitled to a discount also.

OVERSEAS BUYERS: Yes we do ship overseas except for Cages and some food products due to import laws. Please check with your laws before ordering to make sure what you are ordering (foods, wood item, etc. ) are ok with your countries import laws.
Orders sent and returned to me buy customs does not constitute a refund. When items are returned to states for non-entry into that country Cj's Exotic Bird Supplies must pay the shipping. So please make sure your items are allowed. At checkout in the "shipping" section click on Overseas, Canada or Alaska for the additional shipping.

 
SHIPPING:
Your shipping cost will appear before you enter your payment information. Freight, Priority or Regular Ground Delivery - Contiguous U.S. States:
  Orders are normally shipped via ground, priority or freight. Delivery of in-stock items normally takes 4 -10 business days to your door. Items may ship in multiple boxes that may arrive separately. Shipping charges are calculated on the total order and do not change if multiple packages are required. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO: Small and lightweight packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an APO/FPO address are sent via Priority Mail or USPS regular mail.

Rush Delivery: You may also choose UPS Next Day, or UPS 2nd day if you prefer. You can get quotes by emailing me your order and address and I can quote you your shipping..

Oversized Items:   Heavier bulkier products, such as Bird Cages and Playstands and Trees, ship through a freight company such as G.O.D.. We ship extra-heavy or oversized items, within the contiguous U.S.  They may require additional shipping charges, which is added at checkout automatically unless I quoted you free shipping. If I quoted free shipping I will instruct you on how to obtain that at checkout.

RETURN POLICY :
We'll be happy to issue a store credit or exchange (not including shipping or handling charges) if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided it is not custom-made to your specific needs and is returned in satisfactory condition within 5 days of you receiving your order. 

Custom-made items apply to Cage Covers (any brand), and any other items that are specifically made for you.  Cj, therefore, request that you take exact and accurate measurements or be sure you know the cage brand cage number before placing your order for these custom cage covers. If you are having a monogram put on the cover “please double check the spelling” as we can not be responsible if you spelled it wrong on the order.

Bird cages & Fold down cages/crates, Playgyms, Playtrees are not returnable because of the enormous shipping charges and by law for sanitary reasons.  If it is defective or there is an error on our part or manufacturers, one or both will correct it.

 

Please fax or e-mail us with your request for return or refund of merchandise, stating your name, order number, address, telephone number and e-mail address, the item that you are returning, and your preference for store credit to be used now or later or exchange.  If you want to use your store credit just list the item you want by title and number from site if it has one and the price. We will process store credit or send requested new item or make an exchange upon receipt of your returned package, provided it is not a custom-made item that is not returnable or refundable, as shown above.

LIABILITY:
We bring you products from various manufacturers. Most of these products we use ourselves, have tried or have had them highly recommended to us by bird lovers we know. We offer no warranties or representations on these products and proper use of all items is totally the purchaser/end users responsibility. If you have questions about a product, write us and we will be happy to supply you with the manufacturers information. We will also try to assist you should you have a problem with any products by contacting the manufacturer/distributor along with you so that any problem may be resolved. We supply information to assist you in using and enjoying your products whenever possible and/or make sure manufacturers instructions are intact. We want to hear any product complaints you might have as we will also make decisions on stocking products based on our customer feedback.
