FREIGHT DAMAGE:
Freight damage must
be communicated to the shipper upon signing for goods.
DO NOT THROW BOXES OR PACKING MATERIALS AWAY IF
YOU HAVE CAGE DAMAGE. If you do so,
you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and the replacement
part(s). We will be happy to provide any assistance that we
can in this matter. Please be sure to note ANY AND ALL freight
damage on the Bill of Lading before signing for the cages. Failure
to do this could result in losing your right to make a damage claim.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
Please let us
know right away if you have any missing or defective parts and we
will send replacement parts as soon as possible. Any products
returned must be packed in original box with reasonable amounts of
packing material. Non-defect returns are subject to 25% restocking
fee plus outbound and inbound freight.
